"Jozef Stefan" Institute, Slovenia, has two open positions for PhD students in the field of nuclear engineering at the University of Ljubljana:
1) Modelling of heat transfer and fluid flow in the systems of nuclear power plants
2) Modeling the response of the nuclear power plant components to the thermal and mechanical loads

Admission requirements:
- MSc or equivalent degree from the field of physics, mechanical, electrical or civil engineering, mathematics, chemistry or related.
- Age below 28.
- Average grades of BSc and MSc studies above the average theoretical grade (for Slovenian system with the lowest positive grade 6 and max. grade 10, the average grade should be above 8).
